#1 Place Your Order Online

Ordering online is an easy, fast and a secure way to place your orders with Trasan. Just add your items to your shopping cart, follow the steps to check out and decide how you'd like to pay for your purchase. For online orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card. If you choose to become a Trasan Member, you will immediately receive your 30% discount on your first order and will receive an email confirmation of your order immediately. 

Trasan Members - Log into the Member Area to order and your appropriate discount will be applied to your online order. You will receive an email receipt for your order immediately after submitting. 

#2 Phone In Your Order

Just give us a call, Monday through Friday, between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm (Pacific Time) to speak with our staff directly and place your order immediately. To accept orders by phone, we will accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card.

#3 Leave Us A Voice Mail

Call us anytime and leave your order on our voice mail system. If you prefer to leave your entire order, include your name, address, phone number, items to purchase, credit card type, number and expiration date. We would prefer to return your call for credit card information. If you've purchased from us before and we have your credit card information on file, please just indicate that in your message.

#4 Fax  In Your Order and/or Membership Application

There are two ways to prepare your order for faxing.

1) You may place your items in your shopping cart online and at checkout choose to print your form, complete your payment information and fax to us. Choosing to print your order for faxing ensures that no information you've entered will be transmitted to the web, therefore no information is received by Trasan.

 - OR - 

2) You can download the forms below to print out, complete and fax to us. The forms are provided in PDF format and require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print. Right click on the form you'd like, choose "Save Target As" and place in a folder on your computer. Click here for more information.

The Trasan Network now offers FREE SHIPPING!

Ordering is made easy at Trasan, as there are No Shipping and Handling Charges applied to your purchases! The price you see is the price you pay!

The only exceptions are when you request expedited shipping such as Overnight, or when you are sending your order to another country. Please call the office in these cases for the rates and charges.

We ship with the United States Postal Service – Standard and Priority Mail – and also with United Parcel Service (UPS). Most orders are shipped within 48 hours.

Remember that if you would like us to send your order to another address, or to someone other than yourself (we call this a “drop ship”), we are happy to do that at no additional charge.

Back Orders

From time to time certain products may be "back ordered". This means we are waiting for one or more items to arrive in our inventory to complete your order. However, instead of delaying shipment of your entire order, we will ship the items we have in stock and then send you the back ordered item(s) as soon as they are received at no additional charge.

Incorrect Orders

This includes orders that are short a particular item or contain an item that was not ordered. Before calling on an order you believe to be short items, please check the shipping container carefully. In many cases the item you think is not included with your order is stuck in the packaging or deliberately packaged with another product.

For example, we often place eye glass cloths in with the packaged cloths or mop pads so that they are secure in shipping. If your order contained items you did not order, please call to be sure you were not charged for them.

If you receive defective or damaged items, please call our offices or return your damaged products with a full explanation. Trasan will replace the items in question or refund your money.

Costs Incurred for Returns and Exchanges

The Member pays the postage to return new products for exchange and Trasan then pays to send the replacement(s) to the Member.

The Trasan Network will reimburse the Member for shipping costs that are incurred to return product that is defective or was shipped in error. We will also pay to re-ship the replacement(s).
