Sharing of Information:
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described below:
We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
We employ independent sales agents to promote Trasan’s products. Customer names and email addresses may be provided to the agent as a means of customer service. As many
customers find our site through such agents via email contact, agent’s personal or business web sites, this information may already be in the possession of such agents. This information is shared with the agent as a means to notify the agent that a purchase was made as a result of their marketing efforts and as a means of customer service in that the agent may send a thank you email and contact the shopper to ensure that your products were received in good condition, in a timely manner, or in an
effort to explain the effective use of our products. This sharing of information, however, does not permit our agents to contact your in regards to non-Trasan related matters and your requests to not be contacted are honored by our agents in accordance with our Spam policies.
Sometimes we may send offers to selected groups of Trasan.com customers or members on behalf of other businesses; however, to
date we have not done this. If we do, we will not give that business your name and address. If you do not want to receive such offers, please adjust your Email Preferences.

In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that RagMops,
Inc. dba The Trasan Network, or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.
